Christopher Keller and Associates CustomCare Web Site Maintenance Package Service Agreement: Terms and Conditions of Service _____________________________________ GENERAL Christopher Keller and Acssociates (CKA, or we) and the individual/company (you) entered above have entered into a monthly recurring service agreement in which CKA agrees to provide services detailed herein and you agree to be automatically billed monthly by credit card, through PayPal, third party internet payment provider. _____________________________________ OBLIGATIONS OF CKA CKA is obligated to provide the following periodic services to you: 1. TRAFFIC SUMMARY AND VISITOR PROFILE We will give you useful info about your visitors. On a quarterly basis (monthly basis for Gold package), we will send you an online report generated by StatCounter. This report will contain a summary of your visitor numbers, or "hits" as well as page view info. Plus, you will get access to the profiles of your last one hundred visitors to see where they came from, and what search words they used to find you. If having more frequent access to this info is what you prefer, we can supply you with account access to look-up "live" data online at any time. 2. STOCK PHOTO ACCESS We will set up an account for you at Stock.xchng, which allows you to browse thousands of stock photographs to enhance your Web site. You will find "unrestricted-use" photos of people, places, and objects to use at no charge. Whenever you come across a photo you would like to use, simply copy its name to us. Using our account, we will retrieve the photo and prepare it for use at your Web site, requires development time. 3. SITE MONITORING We'll have your site status displayed at our workstations among the list of other sites we are monitoring. We will be alerted if there is any change to your site's status. Whether your site is hosted through our hosting provider or not, if your Web server goes down for any reason, we will be the first to know. This will allow us to catch Web server issues, billing issues, domain name issues, or other interruption causes, before they become a surprise to you and your visitors. 4. SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION We make sure that your site's keyword-phrases are available to search engines, and are encoded in your site in way that maximizes your site's visibility in search results lists.We will work with you to determine the most effective keywords and phrases that will draw in the audience you desire. Then, we will program them into the code of your site, so that they can be read by search engines to achieve a match upon user searches.This optimization will be updated twice a year as we monitor its effectiveness, and as we note changes in search engine matching criteria. 5. ON-DEMAND CONSULTATION Instant message Chris Keller anytime. Learn more about options for your ideas, or get quick account support because you'll be on Chris Keller's Yahoo! Instant Messenger contact list. You will also be given priority access via my mobile phone number for text messaging or calls. Help or answers will always be close. 6. DEVELOPMENT TIME According to the package-type, the following monthly development time budgets will be used to deploy your requests. Gold: Up to 20 hours, Silver: Up to 10 hours, Blue: Up to 4 hours, Extras: No hours included but guaranteed available at no more than $65 per hour ($20 off regular rate). _____________________________________ MECHANISMS You will be able to submit requests for service by email or online form. Consultations and instant mesage conversations may occur by Yahoo! Instant Messenger and telephone calls placed to 404-321-6955. Reports and other deliverables will be delivered to you electronically (as documents attached to email). Upon request, test pages may be posted for your approval at our testing stage, before they go live at your Web site, in which case you will be delivered a URL to open in your browser. _____________________________________ LIMITATIONS Monthly development hours are limited to the maximum desribed for each package (See: Obligations of CKA, Section 6.). On-demand telephone and insant message support may be limited to 15 minutes per incident or rescheduled. _____________________________________ BILLING Your credit card will be billed on a monthly recurring basis for the following amounts, per package-type. Per month, Gold: $499, Silver: $299, Blue: $199, or Extras: $49. Billing is handled by PayPal. _____________________________________ DISENGAGEMENT You may disengage from this agreement with 30 days written notice at any point after initial engagement.
